Born and raised in eastern Kentucky, Todd is an Executive Leader with over 20 years of experience in the real estate, health care, banking, automotive, and franchise industries. Todd’s professional resume includes focused areas in Executive Leadership, Operations Management, Training & Motivation, Marketing & Sales, Business Development, Strategic Vision, Strategic Relationships, and Customer Service. Born and raised in Eastern Kentucky, Cindy recently joined the PMI team full time. Coming in with over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, Cindy started out as a teller, working her way up to an executive leadership role at a large credit union based in Louisville, KY. During those 20+ years, Cindy held various roles in almost every area of the credit union focusing on customer service and driving customer satisfaction. Cindy has 2 kids and 2 dogs, enjoys travelling, the beach, and watching her daughter compete in gymnastics. She is also in the process of becoming a Kentucky licensed real estate agent.
Originally from Michigan, Janet moved to the Louisville area in 2012. Janet received a Marketing Degree from Western Michigan University and entered the professional business world as a Marketing Assistant to a major industrial filtration company. After a couple of years, Janet took a step back from her Marketing career to concentrate on raising her daughters. During this time, she worked part time in a local gymnastics facility as an Administrative Assistant, focusing on Customer Service, Social Media, Billing and Coordinating. Janet joined PMI Louisville aiding with Operations and Administration, a perfect fit for her love of real estate, staging, decorating and marketing/advertising. Janet enjoys long jeep rides, hiking, crafting and hot yoga in her free time.
While growing up, Tim worked for a small custom builder as an apprentice, and after college he returned back to the construction industry where he became a Master Electrician and partner in an Electrical Contracting business with his brother. Tim grew up in Cincinnati before moving to Louisville in 2015. After moving to Louisville Tim used his background in the construction and electrical fields to become a Licensed Home Inspector. Tim uses his knowledge and experience he has gained over his thirty-year career to run a maintenance department that is able to make the needed repairs quickly and efficiently.
April Arnold is a PMI Property Manager. She is born and raised in Louisville KY and has over 15 years of Property Management experience. She began her management career within the bookkeeping department, and after a few short years, was managing her own portfolio. April studied Accounting at Sullivan University, and later studied Real Estate and Property & Casualty Insurance. She is married with one child, Lily. On her downtime she spends time coaching her daughter’s softball team, or doing anything active.
